Changing Your Kitchen Layout
Older Seattle kitchens were built to be closed. We reconfigure the layout by moving the entry point, relocating the sink or range, and rearranging the work zones so two people can be in the room without getting in each other's way.

The most requested change in a Craftsman or Tudor is removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room. Where that wall is load bearing, we design a beam and post detail that carries the load properly and keeps the ceiling line clean.
